Financial crime & compliance services
Investigation support, case analysis, and compliance operations for institutions — engaged under contract. This work is confidential by nature, so you won't find case studies here. References on request.
Coebly is a Columbus, Ohio compliance company. We do financial-crime investigation and compliance work for institutions, and we build record-keeping software for licensed field operators. Different regulators, same job: records, rules, and audit trails handled so the work stands up when someone asks.

Our product line brings evidentiary-grade record-keeping to licensed trades — starting with Ohio's pest-control operators: a voice-first system that turns spoken job notes into state-compliant records, files the receipts, and computes the month-end tax figures.
Whether the examiner works for a banking regulator or the Ohio Department of Agriculture, good compliance looks the same: records captured verbatim, a human reviewing every consequential step, retention that can't be quietly edited, and an audit packet that's one button away. That's the standard we build to — in an investigation file or a field operator's job log.
Coebly is led by Colin Botts. The firm's software carries the same habits as its investigative work: verify, document, keep the human in the loop. If your work answers to a regulator, we speak your language.
